Payment TimingPayment is due when the order is confirmed or according to the timing set by each payment method. If a payment deadline applies, please pay within 7 days from the order date in principle.
Shipping Method and FeeOrders are shipped by tracked standard shipping from overseas or within Japan. Standard shipping: ¥0 / free shipping. The carrier is selected by our store depending on the product, warehouse and shipping route. See Shipping & Packaging.
Preparation and Delivery TimeAfter payment confirmation, shipping preparation usually takes 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After shipment, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, customs, carrier congestion or other unavoidable circumstances.
Packaging and TrackingWe use packaging that makes the product contents difficult to identify from the outside. Tracking information will be provided after shipment when a tracking number is issued. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, long absence, refusal of delivery or expiry of the storage period, redelivery, return shipping, cancellation or other actual costs may apply.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellations

  • Customer-convenience returns may be accepted only for unopened and unused items when you contact us within 7 days after delivery and we determine the item is returnable.
  • Opened, used, worn or washed items, items that directly touch the skin, items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, items missing tags/accessories/enclosures, sale items or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged in principle.
  • For initial defects, wrong items or obvious shipping damage, contact us within 7 days after delivery with your order number and photos or videos showing the condition. After confirmation, we will arrange exchange, reshipment, refund or another appropriate solution.
  • Orders may not be cancellable after preparation has started, after shipment, or after procurement/arrangement has been completed.
Return WarehouseIf we instruct you to return an item after accepting a return request, please send it to the return warehouse below. The return warehouse is different from the seller address. Returns sent without prior instruction cannot be accepted.
