This policy explains returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations for items purchased from Mioruna.
Cooling-Off for Mail-Order Sales
Our sales are mail-order sales. The statutory cooling-off system under the Japanese Specified Commercial Transactions Act does not apply to mail-order sales.
Customer-Preference Returns
Customer-preference returns may be accepted only for unopened and unused items when you contact us within 7 days after delivery and we confirm that the item is eligible.
- The product, outer box, tags, instructions, accessories and included items must all be present.
- There must be no smell, stain, damage, sign of use, washing or opening.
- Items sent back before our return instructions cannot be accepted.
Items We Cannot Accept
- Opened, used, worn or washed items
- Items that directly touch the skin or are difficult to resell for hygiene reasons
- Items missing packaging, tags, accessories or included items
- Sale, outlet or individually marked non-returnable items
Initial Defects, Incorrect Delivery or Damage
If the item has an initial defect, incorrect delivery or clear shipping damage, contact us within 7 days after delivery with your order number and photos or video.
Return Warehouse
After return approval, we may ask you to send the item to the return warehouse below. The return warehouse differs from the seller address. Returns without prior instructions cannot be accepted.
