1. Sales Price

Product prices are shown on each product page or checkout screen. Prices, shipping, discounts and payment conditions shown at the time of order apply.

2. Fees Other Than Product Price

Standard shipping is free. Redelivery fees, return shipping, payment fees and other actual costs may apply depending on customer circumstances.

3. Payment Method and Timing

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment follows the timing and conditions specified by each payment method.

4. Delivery Timing

After payment confirmation, dispatch preparation usually takes 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days.

5. Ownership and Risk

Ownership and delivery-completion risk transfer to the customer when the carrier completes delivery or the customer receives the parcel.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations follow our Return & Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened, used or worn items generally cannot be returned.

7. Age Limit
